The Electronic government system in Egypt faces unparalleled challenges during its current phase of implementation, Due to the emergence of new developed applications in the fields of Information Technology for the governmental services applied in the Advanced Countries, such as the technology of Near-Field Communication (paying through cell phones, etc ..), Building Electronic Cities, Using Green Information Systems in governmental services, As well as the continuous international recommendations of using Green Information Technology or (Green Calculating) for preserving the environment also to save human health.On the other hand, the world now cares a lot about combating climate change. So, this research aims at developing an initiative for the Egyptian government (Ministry of Administrative Development is the responsible body of applying Electronic Government System in Egypt) through identifying and developing an integrated systematic plan to identify the priorities of engaging modern technologies to be applied in the next phase of implementation .
